  • 1907 - American Savings Bank is founded
  • 1929 - Construction begins of new building at 15 Genesee
    • Designed by E.B. Green & Son - Albert Hart Hopkins
  • January 1930 - American Savings Bank moves into newly constructed building
  • 1933 or 1934 - American Savings merged with Buffalo Savings
  • 1934 - Niagara National Bank moves in
  • First National Bank takes over
  • 1950 - First National demolishes the original 1840s building at 11 Genesee for an expansion of 15 Genesee
