History

  • Built 1941.
  • First use was as a Nu-Way grocery store.
  • Was a campaign headquarters for Assembly leader Arthur O. Eve.

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • The building will become the headquarters of Golden Cup's roasting and coffee house operations.
  • Being restored with financing from the East Side Avenues program.
  • Stabilization is being managed by Preservation-Buffalo Niagara, as part of their East Side Commercial Building Stabilization program.
