Physical Description

Two story brick building on a corner lot with a bar on the first floor and upstairs apartment.

Current Condition

Re-opened corner bar with new (temporary?) signage. Facade bricks on second level were replaced with gray cinder block around 2010. The interior, with tin ceilings, is said to be in great shape.

History

Operated by Edward and Regina Pristach for 67 years, and by Edward's father before that. Regina operated it for 30 years after her husband's death until its closing in 2010. She passed away in 2012.
