- 1912 - William's son George turned it into a custom heavy-duty truck manufacturer
- 1956 - Company purchased by Mack Trucks Inc.
- 1977 - Remained a division of Mack until its closing in June 1977
- 1978 - P & D WOODWORKING CO INC purchased building.
- 1989 - Canisius purchases the building. P&D Woodworking's signage is still on the building in 2014, as the building may not have been used in 20 years.
