- 1909 - Built as a silk mill for the Guilford Manufacturing Co. The architect was Esenwein & Johnson. The three-story northern section was built and a one-story southern section were built first
- 1911 - The southern section received a second story
- 1919 - The southern section received a third story
- The Duffy Silk Co. may have ties to this property, after they moved to Buffalo from Fort Plain around 1900 for the abundant labor and cheap electricity.
