  • January 2022 - City of Buffalo puts out demolition contract for the building. The Preservation Board and Hamlin Park Community Taxpayers Association were not notified of an intent to demolish. The notice for housing court was sent to address on file for previous owner of Eaton Associates who is now deceased. The company and building are now owned by a grandson. Current owner was cleaning out the interior and nearly under a sale contract when this notice came to his attention. The seller, buyer, and Hamlin Park CTA all oppose demolition. Demolition has been paused pending resolution of this issue.
