History

  • 1914 - Theater built "by the New York City firm of William H. McElfatrick for burlesque entertainment. Over the years it had various owners and went by various names including The Playhouse, State, Filmarte, and Old Vienna." WNY Heritage Press
  • 1955 - Demolished for a surface parking lot which remained otherwise undeveloped for 50 years.
