Demolished 2012. Similarly scaled brick building constructed on parcel in late 2018/early 2019.

- September 2011 - photo indicates that the building was intact and the exterior was in good condition
- June 2012 - photo indicates bricks from the parapet have fallen
- 2012 - Building demolished for vacant lot
- March 2016 - "Derek and Laura Sullivan are proposing a 'three-story mixed-use building with two loft apartments'. The building is being designed to replicate an early 1900s era home that was demolished on the site" Buffalo Rising
- March 2017 - 'The first floor plan calls for 1,000 sq.ft.of boutique/retail space with 300sq.ft. behind it for the home office of Buffalo Bungalow. Floors 2 and 3 will both be identical 1,400sq.ft. apartment layouts.'Buffalo Rising
