- August 2013 - Crews remove the two-story facade covering as part of a renovation.
- July 2012 - Kevin Helfer and Paul Lamparelli are starting to gut the interior. Plans call for a tenant-driven first floor, with residential apartment space above, topped by two-story loft space.
- July 2011 - The Buffalo Common Council passed a resolution titled "Revitalization of the 500 Block of Main Street." All 500 Block owners with unoccupied buildings were requested to appear before the Council, and more aggressive enforcement was requested for City code violations.
- March 2006 - Seymore Investments planned three loft apartments plus ground-floor retail.
- March 2014 - D’Avolio’s Kitchen announces it will open a location on the first floor
