  • George Apfel, August 2014: "It's the longest surviving structure on what is called the 'Curtiss Block.' . . . the Laub & Zeller Tannery would later occupy 76 Pearl Street next door from around 1875-1889. Today that's part of the brew pub. The Webb Lofts are just up the street."
