History

Built circa 1863 for Charles Storms. Later occupied by Colonel Samuel Wilkeson, grandson of one of Buffalo's early leading citizens, also Samuel Wilkeson.

Recent Events and Actions Taken

One of eight houses planned for demolition to allow the PBA to expand their plaza,currently across Busti Avenue to the west. Demolition contract awarded. Halted by lawsuit, no current demolition activity (January 2013).
