Built in 1929. Architect Louis Greenstein designed Charles Lederman's furniture store.

  • April 2022: John Straubinger on Facebook: Current rehab is "part of Jericho Ministries Health Complex. The buildings include the Broadway building around the corner that has a rehabbed exterior that currently doesn’t yet go through the whole building but that rehab is part of the project.

  • Architect Louis Greenstein designed the City of Buffalo flag and Erie County seal. He was also an early preservation pioneer and advocate for rehabbing buildings long before there were any preservation standards.
