Elected officials prioritize their response to people who are able to vote for them. While it's a good idea to communicate with all the Councilmembers, your own member is usually most important when advocating for an issue. Enter your voting address; Street Name, then House Number; click "Search":

Click on "View Information"; if your address doesn't come up, search on Street Name only and browse through the list of addresses.

Your Council district is found on the next page, in the upper right.
