The properties listed above are being considered by the State Review Board for
nomination to the State and National Registers of Historic Places at the next
meeting on March 21, 2013 (Comments are due by March 20, 2013 Chairperson
has the draft package).

4. 500 Seneca Street
The property listed above has been listed on the State Register of Historic
Places and will now be considered for nomination on the National Register of
Historic Places.

5. 297 Niagara Street
On January 9, 2013 the property listed above was listed on the National
Register of Historic Places.

Installation of a 6ft. wood or ornamental fence. Application received 1/7/2013.

7. 295 Main St.
Applicant is seeking a revision of the project that was approved by the board in
September 2011 to install retractable canvas awnings. Application received

New addition to the rear of the building 10'8" x 27' - the purpose of the addition

10. 32 Pansy Pl.
Remove deteriorated roofing materials from structure; Install #15,felt, ice &
water shield, metal edging, flashings & ridge vents, where required; Re-roof
with rustic black 30 year architectural style asphalt shingles to match existing
in-kind; Replace any deteriorated fascia boards where necessary.

11. 156 Goulding Ave.
Remove deteriorated roofing materials from structure; Install #15,felt, ice &
water shield, metal edging, flashings & ridge vents, where required; Install
lifetime gray "Certainteed" shingles; Replace all existing caps at peaks of the
roof to match existing in-kind; Replace all gutters; Replace any deteriorated
fascia boards where necessary.

12. 38 Park St.
Rebuild chimney at center of house using existing brick, Decorative Terra Cotta
tile to be incorporated into chimney in specified area. If it is found that an
existing brick cannot be reused during the reconstruction due to deterioration, it
will be replaced with a similar brick such as the "Georgetown" style brick. The
"Georgetown Brick" will be used only if it is absolutely necessary.

13. 152 Park St.
Replace side steps only, in-kind maintaining existing wood railings - if
necessary replace/or repair wood railings in-kind - new steps will remain the
same height and width.

F. Old Business

14. Linwood Preservation District
TABLED - UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: PBN needs financing to extend the
district to Delavan. TABLED: Board members are seeking assistance for
someone to help put the nomination package together:(Hearing for 7/26/12 was
postponed). [In order to protect the buildings along Main Street(1524 & 1526)
and West Ferry (925,936, & 945) the Linwood Preservation District would need
to be extended to include these addresses].

15. 21 Marvin St.
TABLED - Due to lack of information. DEMOLITION: Reason for demolition was
not provided in the paperwork. Staff left two messages requesting the reason
for the demolition. Application received 1/2/13.
