Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • November 2021 - the Kohler Foundation is removing the decorative parts for conservation and reinstallation in the original place.
  • Announcement, November 2021: BIG NEWS! Kohler Foundation is excited to announce preservation of Prophet Isaiah’s Second Coming House created by Isaiah Robertson in Niagara Falls, NY.
This vibrant art environment is a popular destination for many and a beacon of hope for local residents. We have hired nationally acclaimed B.R. Howard & Associates, Inc. to complete the work. So far, they have begun documentation and will soon dismantle and transport the art to their warehouse over the winter. In fall of 2022, when conservation is complete and the art is re-installed, Kohler Foundation will gift the site to Niagara Falls National Heritage Area, the long-term site stewards.
