- 1978 - Owner listed as Ronald Paradowski, who operated the Lazy R Bar and lived upstairs with wife Christine and kids Denise and Lynn.
- There used to be a multi-story brick factory, Wagner Box, next door that took up most of the parcels to the east towards Bailey. It was demolished for an Eckhard's Pharmacy in the 1980s. Believing Eckhard would take this parcel as well, Paradowski purchased Good Guys Bar across the street but then rented the building out.
