History
- 1904 - Technical school founded under the name Mechanics Arts High School
- 1905 - The school's name was changed to Technical High School, pending the move to a new building on Cedar Street and Clinton Ave
- 1912 - Work began on the Cedar Street building for Technical High, which opened July 1918
- 1913 - Current building constructed at a cost of $300K for Hutchinson High
- 1954 - Technical High School moves to the site of the former Hutchinson Central High School, forming Hutch-Tech
Recent Events and Actions Taken
2005-2007 - $30 million renovation, which included updated classrooms, smart boards, a brand new gymnasium, new engineering and electrical equipment, and new science rooms.
