- November 25, 2013, via Peterjoe Certo, regarding Dash's Market's plans: "Rather than engage in a costly expansion and also upgrade of Hertel Ave. store, he will vacate that site in favor of the former Budway location on Kenmore Ave that he will soon acquire. The Kenmore Ave location affords ample space for all Dash desires in his store (supermarket, restaurant, bakery, etc). So this Hertel Ave. store will eventually be available for redevelopment." Note: Dash's Hertel store is two doors east of these properties, which are owned by Dash.
- Editor's note: Clearly, Dash's plans have changed, as the Budwey's location is no longer a supermarket and it appears Dash's plans to replace their Hertel Avenue store with a new-build adjacent to it.
