  • May 16, 2017 - Canadians Michael and Cecile Cramer sold the building to The Right Way Inc. for $740,000 Buffalo Rising
  • September 2017 - Kyle Mackiewicz. the owner of Cantina Loco, plans to restore the building to its original facade and open Upper Cut Deli, along with three upstairs apartments. He's partnering with chef Mike Andrzejewski to run the deli. Buffalo News
    • $300,000 renovation plan would include removing the non-original storefront, adding aluminum-framed double-glazed windows, a pressure-treated wood knee wall, new wall sconces, aluminum-clad wood double-hung windows upstairs, and an internally lit "blade sign."
