Physical Description
- (BuffaloAH): The Georgian Revival style mansion was modeled on the lines of a villa George Birge had seen on the Riviera. Two pavilions, cornered with stone quoins and housing Palladian and tri-part windows, flank a center section which incorporates three arched windows supported and separated by two tiers of Tuscan columns, and fronted by faux balustrades at the second floor.

History
- The Birge Mansion was built in 1897 and designed in the Georgian Revival style by Little & Browne of Boston.
- It was the home of George K. Birge, of the Birge wallpaper company and founder and president of the Pierce Arrow Motor Company.
