  • Preservation Buffalo Niagara is in favor of extending the Broadway-Fillmore local historic district to include Concord Street and surrounding streets, and to have the Preservation Board recommend a demolition moratorium in the meantime.
  • December 20, 2018: The City of Buffalo Preservation Board not only voted to recommend the denial of the demolition permit for 35 Concord Street but they also voted to send a letter to Common Council supporting a demolition moratorium for the Memorial Triangle, the area bounded by Memorial Drive, Paderewski Drive, and Curtiss Street.
