9 story neo-classic steel building with brick facade, on a corner parcel.

Current Condition

Demolished. Current location of the plaza in front of the Rath Building.

History

  • Built 1913.
  • Demolished by the mid 1960s to make way for the Erie County Rath Building, which cut off Niagara Street from Buffalo's best intersection, Shelton Square.
