  • Termini purchases the building for $45,000
  • August 2014 - Rocco Termini announces a renovation plan to include a new Cajun restaurant.
  • September 2014 - Termini cut a deal with noted Louisiana-born chef James Roberts to run Toutant, a Cajun-themed restaurant. Expected open early 2015.
