2 1/2 story frame house. Adjacent (across a parking lot) to the Islamic Cultural Center, the owner.

Demolished, without completing the process for obtaining demolition. It appears the owner wished to expand their existing parking lot.
History
Recent Events and Actions Taken
- 2012 - Building appeared vacant but sealed
- 2013 - Previously intact windows removed and building left exposed to the elements
- 11/15/2013 - A demolition permit was requested. The demolition contractor will appear at the Preservation Board meeting December 5, 2013.
- 12/5/2013 - Preservation Board: "Application is missing the following information - Sanborn maps, interior colored photos, & data construction. Chairman will write a letter to the (Permits & Inspections) Commissioner regarding why the Board is tabling this demolition request."
- 12/14/2013 - DEMOLISHED by Hannah Demolition.
- 1/2/2014 - Preservation Board meeting discussed why permit office approved/issued a demo permit, unbeknownst to the Board. The office reportedly 'misinterpreted' the start time of the required waiting period required by charter once the Preservation Board is notified and makes a ruling. The clock should not have even started yet, as the application to the board was incomplete and unable to be ruled upon.
