Demolished. Now on an altered city block used for Fireman's Park and an expanded roadway.
History
- The fledgling Wildroot Company occupied space in the Caxton building after having been created inside the Iroquois Hotel around the block.
- The City greatly altered North and South Division near the Caxton building, eventually clearing multiple full city blocks for vacant land, and rounding the two streets to meet an expanded Church Street. This action created a far less walkable ring road of highway connectors through what was once Shelton Square.
