Current Condition
Converted into 3 townhouses. Based on available photos, the interior has original brick and hardwood, but the exterior facade was poorly executed. The first floor is now dominated by cheap looking entrances. Above the entrance ways are blank slabs to fill space. The upper floors have rectangular vinyl windows that do not fit the original curved openings.

- Built in 1890 as a tin fabrication shop
- Later used as a furniture store
- Latest use before renovation was a Chinese restaurant. It then sat vacant for nearly a decade
