  • March 2014 - Frontier Group of Companies announced a planned $5.4 million project for 31 market-rate apartments and 18,500 sq.ft. of office space. CSS Construction would be an investor and general contractor for the project designed by Carmina Wood Morris.
  • 2015 - 41 apartments were opened
  • January 2018 - Seven new apartments are being constructed in a one-story, 8,160 sq.ft. portion of the complex originally set aside for office or restaurant space. Buffalo Rising
