Physical Description
Castle-link armory built with medina sandstone on a battered stone foundation. 3.5 story administration building and 2 story drill shed surrounded by 4 to 6 story towers.
Current Condition
Fully restored and functional armory that also hosts public events
History
- Constructed in 1898
- 74th Regimental Armory, National Guard
- Designed by architect Isaac G. Perry.
- Almost destroyed by fire in 1982
