  • A neighbor reports, April 2018: "The owner, Sinatra Realty, has allowed the homes to remain vacant for over two years. The interiors have been gutted. Broken windows, peeling paint, and other signs of neglect are evident. In addition, a notice is attached to rear door indicating asbestos removal, a signal of future demolition plans."

The Property Manager appeared on behalf of the owner:
The Judge encouraged the property manager to share architects plans with the community . The property is going to be re-used/rehab and is NOT going to be torn down. Because it’s in a preservation area, necessary approval is required, so it might some take time.
