Physical Description

  • Two story brick building on a corner lot with a bar on the first floor and upstairs apartment.

Current Condition

  • Facade bricks on second level were replaced with gray cinder block around 2010. The interior, with tin ceilings, is said to be in great shape.

History

  • Operated by Edward and Regina Pristach for 67 years, and by Edward's father before that. Regina operated it for 30 years after her husband's death until its closing in 2010. She passed away in 2012.

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • 2010 - Pristach's closes.
  • 2010 - Purchased for $10,000 per propertyviewer
  • 2012 - Re-opened as Kasual Korner Sports Bar
  • 2018 - Re-opened by Jim "Macky" Moberly of Essex Street Pub as Macky's Shamrock Room.
