- January 12,1914 - Theater built "by the New York City firm of William H. McElfatrick for burlesque entertainment."
- "Over the years it had various owners and went by various names including The Playhouse, State, Filmarte, and Old Vienna." WNY Heritage Press
- October 9,1955 - Demolished for a surface parking lot which remained undeveloped for 50 years.
