- April 2010 - David Torke, fixBuffalo: 41 Milnor is homestead eligible from the City
- October 2010 - Danielle Myers of Petrichorpaper and her friend Mills Colbert purchased the house from the City as part of the Homestead program for $1, and are renovating the building to house a paper mill.
- David Torke, fixBuffalo: '39 Milnor Street, next door, was really wrecked - entire exterior walls had collapsed. We contacted the City and it was demolished after they closed on 41.'
- 2013 - Kickstarter campaign for paper mill business had $1,838 pledged of its $5,000 goal
- March 2017 - After previous owners had gutted and stabilized the building, it was sold to the current owners to complete the rebuild as a residence.
