Physical Description
Originally, the building had five shops on the ground floor facing Main and three stories of apartments above. The exterior has a façade of red brick and Medina sandstone with terra-cotta ornamental detail. History
- Erected in 1894 for $50,000 as a retail location and apartment complex.
- Designed by local architect H. H. Little
- Named after the Seneca chief who befriended George Washington.

- August 2014 - Two developers, Aaron Siegel of Franklin Asset Management and Brett Fitzpatrick of Somerset Properties, announce a $42 million renovation plan of 17 properties and 10 apartment buildings, including the Red Jacket building.
