  • 1907 - Buffalo's first nickelodeon, the Bijou Dream via BuffaloAH.com
  • 1914 - Bijou Dream razed for the bank building via BuffaloAH.com. Designed by McKim, Mead & White.
  • 1960s - Entire block cleared for an empty plaza with a bank building in the middle
