Demolished in 2012. Vacant lot.

History

  • 1900 - Built as a brass foundry. Some of the buildings were designed by Colson & Hudson. Location of Lumen Bearing until the 1960s.
  • 1963 - Potts Furniture purchased the site. They operated at this location until its sale in 1982.
  • 1993 - Purchased by PRS, Inc., who then leased a portion to Erie County for storage of voting machines

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • 2001 - The City of Buffalo took possession of the complex in a tax foreclosure proceeding
  • 2012 - Complex demolished by the City
