Constructed about 1885, when it first housed a grocery. It has since been Boyer's Hotel, the Hydraulic Hotel, Kazimir Waszkielewicz's Tavern, and the Swan Lounge since 1952.

- 2012 - Restoration of the building. The formerly painted brick exterior has been cleaned and repaired. A new elevator and garage are being constructed.

- February 2014 - Zemsky announces opening of an art gallery and Hydraulic Hearth restaurant in summer 2014
