  • Owner Bill Breeser has submitted plans for restoration, which were approved by the Planning Board October 12, 2016.
  • The project was awarded a $282,500 Buffalo Main Street Initiative grant from New York State in April 2015.
  • It involves the complete interior and exterior renovation of the property consistent with historic standards, local development plans and neighborhood initiatives.
  • Plans include one first floor commercial unit (2,000 square feet) and three upper story residential units totaling 3,400 square feet.
  • Breeser and his architects are seeking designation of a historic district between Niagara Street and the Belt Line Railroad, and are working with the State Historic Preservation Office to advance this objective.
