As of 11/25/13, the grass was cut. No idea what happened in court on 9/17 , but would assume the court has no teeth. Or the owner just pays the fine(s)."
  • Eric Peterson, 11/25/13: "149 York was purchased by a stand up preservationist. She plans to renovate and restore the entire building including the clap board siding and any other hidden details with historic integrity. She will be starting the project in the spring right after she is done with the brick duplex across the street, that she saved from the demo list, build by the same Baynes that the street is named after. Both very cool properties. Both will be tended to with the utmost respect and care."
