Physical Description

Formerly 4, now 2 story brick commercial building which curves with the nearby railroad tracks.

Current Condition

Abandoned and heavily damaged by fire.
It was originally the 4 story corner to the adjacent Arcade Building, before its first fire caused the loss of two top floors and the separation of parcels.

History

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • June 21, 2017 - A 4pm fire does massive damage to the building. According to Vince DeJoy, city development director, the city will reach out to the owner to discuss a course of action, but they will be pursuing a court order for demolition if immediate action isn't taken. Observer Today
