Messy exterior facade and covering of original parapet. Unknown interior condition; has modified storefronts that have been in use recently.
History
- 1910 - Built as a moving picture theater by Joseph Rutkowski.
- 1926 - Still open as a theater, but not listed as one by 1929 Cinema Treasures
