"Iím very sorry, I would have loved to have seen this building saved, it has been vacant for many years, and the owner would like to generate a new larger scale one story building and he is absolutely not receptive to reworking the existing two story building. We have all of our approvals, thru the planning board, and building department. We even have the demolition and asbestos survey completed and submitted to the State as required for abatement. It is to (sic) late for re-consideration, although I pushed for saving the building months ago, during my early building evaluation." - emailed to Frits Abell
