Demolished June 9, 2013. The owner wished to demolish the built-to-the-curb structure in lieu of a suburban style strip mall plaza.
History
- Constructed in 1927 for Dr. John Nowak, optometrist, prominent member of Corpus Christi Church and son-in-law of Anthony Schreiber the brewer.
- It was later used by the AllSafe Company building, at which point the signage was added to give the building its current name.
- The suburban style building to the east was built on the combined parcel after the Rivoli Theatre was demolished in 1984.
