Renovated into apartments. An adjacent structure, formerly the Allentown Athletix facility, was partially renovated and partially demolished.

History

  • Former University Club

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • 1999 - Ellicott Development purchases and rehabs the corner building into 14 apartments.
  • December 2010 - Ellicott Development purchases the adjacent Allentown Athletics complex for $215,000
  • 2011 - Two buildings of the former Allentown Athletics complex were renovated into additional apartments, while the former bowling alley and racquetball court section along Allen was demolished for surface parking.
