  • 1898 - Second home of Joseph M. Gohn’s “Delaware House,” after a location at 2070 Delaware Avenue was sold for the 1901 Pan Am Exhibition
  • 1931 - Demolished for a gas station. Gohn's moved next door to 1389 Delaware Avenue.
